With all the fear and uncertainty in the world right now what if you held the key to changing the script of your life? Yes, you have that power. With one simple beautiful word…gratitude.


By focusing daily on things in your life that you’re grateful for you retrain your brain to be wired for happiness. Worry and fear focus on lack while gratitude focuses on abundance. These two concepts cannot live in the same space. Being grateful forces your mind to be thankful for what you have, right here, right now, in this moment rather than worrying about what you won’t have or what won’t happen at some moment in the future that you can’t control. Focusing on the present instills feelings of control and contentment. The fastest way to make this mindset transition and start living your life with hope and positivity is to begin each day with gratitude. When you wake up in the morning, think of at least three things you are grateful for. If you are in a tough spot then keep it simple…”I’m grateful for opening my eyes today” or “I’m grateful for the pillow under my head”. Keep it basic if you must. And most importantly, WRITE THEM DOWN. Writing them down makes them raw and real. No longer random concepts running around your mind. One certainty we have right now in this crazy world is this one thing, it’s all ours. This one simple step can and will change your life one grateful thought at a time.
